No per-person fee
Up to 49 users, the price does not go up as your team grows. On the monthly plan, a company of 5 people pays €65 a month; a company of 15, €65; a company of 40, €65. Per person, that works out at €13 with 5, €4.33 with 15 and €1.63 with 40, always plus VAT.
At sign-up we ask how many people will use Zetein. From 1 to 49, the price is the same; above 49, it is Zetein Enterprise, with a tailored contract.
How to sign up
Register your company in Create your account, choose the monthly or the annual plan and go on to payment. Then download the apps from your panel and start working.
The subscription renews automatically for equal periods, counted from the day you sign up and not by calendar month: if you sign up on the 13th, each period runs from the 13th to the 13th.
How to cancel
- Monthly plan: cancel at any time from the platform, with no notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. The period already paid is not refunded.
- Annual plan: it renews on expiry unless you give notice that you do not want to renew at least thirty days in advance. Periods already paid are not refunded.

Visual customisation on the annual plan
The annual plan includes visual customisation of the apps: branding adjustments, labels or visual elements to adapt them to your company, with no changes to the structure of the software. Customisation carries a twelve-month minimum term from activation. See the terms.
If you direct a construction project
If you direct the execution of a project and coordinate several companies on it, we prepare a tailored proposal. At sign-up, choose “Project management” and send the request: it does not create an account or charge anything.

Is there a per-user fee?
No. The price is per company and includes up to 49 users: management, office staff and field workers all work within the same subscription.
What if we are more than 49?
Then it is Zetein Enterprise: a tailored proposal, with a contract and payment by bank transfer. It is also the way to adapt Zetein to your industry, with modules of your own or integrations.
How much is it including VAT?
€78.65 a month on the monthly plan and €786.50 a year on the annual plan, VAT included.
Is there a minimum term?
Not on the monthly plan: cancel whenever you like, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The annual plan covers one year. Visual customisation carries a twelve-month minimum term from activation.
Is there an implementation process?
No. Download Zetein and start working, with no implementation process beforehand.
Do the subcontractors I invite to my project pay separately?
Each company works with its own Zetein account. A subcontractor you invite to your project needs its own active subscription.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. From the desktop app you can export all your projects to a file, and from your panel you can download a backup.
