1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user’s device when visited. They allow the site to remember information about the visit, such as language and preferences.
2. Cookies we use
Zetein uses only cookies and technical storage mechanisms strictly necessary for the operation of the service:
- Authentication session: the access token is stored in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage), which is cleared automatically when the tab is closed; pressing “Sign out” removes it and also closes the session on the server. If the person signing in is a project manager whose panel has been enabled, their name and their company’s name are stored alongside the token, in order to display them. It is not shared with third parties.
- Registered browser: so that access from the same browser does not have to be approved every time, the customer panel stores in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) a technical value of the account: the value from which, together with the password, the sign-in secret is computed. It is not the password, it does not open anything by itself and it does not allow the company’s data to be read. It is stored under a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the account’s e-mail address, not under the address itself. It does not expire and is not removed on signing out: it is removed by clearing the site’s data in the browser. It is not shared with third parties.
We do not use advertising, remarketing or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
This website does not install third-party cookies and does not load typefaces, scripts or other resources from third-party servers: typefaces are served from the site itself.
4. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling the technical mechanisms described may prevent the application from working correctly.
5. Consent
By using Zetein you accept the use of the technical mechanisms described in this policy, which are essential for the operation of the service. They do not require explicit consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI.
