Two different kinds of work
- The garden or irrigation project: it lasts several days, needs material and has phases. In Zetein it is a project, with its planning, its requests and its documents.
- The maintenance visit: it is short and recurring. It goes in each field worker's individual planning, or in that customer's project if you prefer to keep everything together.
Lists per visit

Before and after photos
Photos are taken with the phone and stay in the project or in the job's conversation, with a date and an author. They are the proof for the customer or for the property manager.
No signal, on estates and housing developments
Where the signal does not reach, the phone keeps going: what is done is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns. What works without signal.
Plants, irrigation and material, requested on site
On a project, the crew requests what is missing from the phone, with its urgency, and the office replies in the same request. How material requests work.

What Zetein does not do
It does not design gardens, plan routes or handle recurring fees or quotes. It organises the work and works alongside the software you already use for that.
Questions
Is it suitable for maintaining residential communities?
It helps organise the visits and keep a record of each one, with its photos and its work report. It does not handle fees or contracts.
Does it plan each crew's route?
No. Zetein does not plan routes: the office decides the order and records it in the planning.
Does every member of the crew need a phone?
Each person signs in with their own email address. The work report allows several field workers: whoever fills it in states how many worked and their hours.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. What is done on the phone without signal is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.
