Zetein

Software for construction, masonry and building trades

For builders, masonry companies and building trades: crews, foremen and several companies on the same project. Zetein runs the day-to-day of the execution: what is on, what material is missing and what has happened.

Long projects, crews and foremen

The project's planning includes the tasks, work starts, deadlines and inspections, grouped by field worker. Everyone carries it on their phone. If the company is large, departments group projects and people. How planning works.

Several companies on the same project

The main contractor invites its subcontractors and decides what to share with each one: the planning, the requests, the plans. Each subcontractor sees what is shared with it and its own items, never the others'. How working with subcontractors works.

The project management that coordinates everyone

For project management there is also project coordination: a common board that all the companies read and write on, and a private conversation between each one and the coordinator. For project management the proposal is tailored, and it is requested from sign-up.

No signal, in basements and structures

Where the signal does not reach, the phone keeps going: tasks, requests, checklists and work reports are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns. What works without signal.

Requests from the site

The foreman or the field worker requests material from the work area, with its urgency. The office replies in the same request, and transport is tracked alongside: scheduled, on the way, delivered or delayed. How material requests work.

Plans, on the project

Plans are in the project's folder, not on the foreman's phone: anyone assigned to the project can open them. How documents are handled.

What Zetein does not do

It does not handle measurements, progress valuations or quotes, and it does not manage health and safety documentation. It organises the work and works alongside the software you already use for that.

Questions

Is it suitable for a crew of bricklayers?

Yes. The price is per company, the same for one crew as for ten, and each field worker carries the planning and requests material from their phone.

What does each subcontractor see?

What the main contractor shares with it and its own company's items. Never another subcontractor's.

How is a project with subcontractors different from project coordination?

On a project with subcontractors, each company sees only what the main contractor shares with it. In project coordination, all the companies read a common board, and each one also talks privately with the coordinator.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. What is done on the phone without signal is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.
