Several projects open at once
The overview shows all projects and all field workers. At a glance, the entries from every project, filtered by status and by date: what is not done yet, and where.
Each trade, in its turn

Snagging and issues, until handover

Before, during and after photos
Photos are uploaded from the phone to the project's documents or go in each task's conversation. They stay in the project, not on everyone's phone.
Extra work, signed
When the customer asks for something that was not agreed, a work report is created: what was done, how many hours and what material. The customer signs on the phone and a numbered PDF is created. The extra work is in writing and signed. How work reports work.
What Zetein does not do
It does not produce quotes, measurements or invoices. It organises the work and works alongside the software you already use for that.
Questions
Can it handle three or four projects at once?
Yes. Each project has its planning, its requests and its documents, and the overview shows them all together.
Can the customer log in to see their project?
No. Zetein is for the company and its people. The customer receives the PDF of the work report they sign.
Does it produce quotes?
No. Zetein does not produce quotes, measurements or invoices.
What if a trade does not have Zetein?
You handle it yourself: its tasks in your planning and its photos in your project. To join the project itself, it needs its own account.
